High Altitude Blood Testing to be Conducted
Next week, May 1 thru May 5, Hal Joseph, PA, will conduct a high altitude study at St. Vincent Hospital for Masimo medical equipment. This equipment is currently used in emergency rooms including St. Vincent Hospital’s Emergency Department. 200 non-smokers of all ages are needed for blood tests and will be paid up to $50.00.
“We will screen people looking for elevated hemoglobin counts as most people who live at altitude have,” said Joseph. If the person has a Hemoglobin count over 17 they will be a candidate for a blood test.
Anyone interested in being on the screening list can email their name and phone number to Hal Joseph at firstname.lastname@example.org or call Hal at 208-827-1400
