In our continued efforts and collaboration, we have reached a natural transition where we are moving from a CEO leadership structure to a site administrator focused on the clinical processes and management that is needed to successfully implement our plan.

The contract with current interim CEO/CFO, Sam Radke will conclude effective immediately.  “Sam Radke worked with us during very uncertain times at St. Vincent Hospital.  He applied his knowledge and vast experience to our sustainability and we are thankful for his service.” commented Denny Johnson, Hospital Board of Directors Chairperson.

“Sam brought considerable experience and expertise as a former CFO and found solutions to immediate challenges facing the hospital leaving us in a much stronger position” said Russ Johnson, SVP for Outreach of Centura Health.
