Today, Tuesday, May 3, voters will go to the polls to vote on new directors for both the Leadville Sanitation Board and St. Vincent Hospital (SVH) District Board of Directors.Vote_Dont complain

It’s important to note, first off, that due to the June 28 primary election, Lake County Clerk and Recorder Patty Berger explained to Leadville Today that each of the elections for the hospital and sanitation will be handled by the special districts, as opposed to by her office as it has been done in the past. Therefore, voters will not be casting ballots at the courthouse, but rather make two separate stops to have their voices heard for the sake of democracy.
