Byrne has served as the cook and all-around helper for the many older Lake County residents who have enjoyed the meals and programs at the center, over the years. Happy Retirement, Cora!

The Senior Center is also planning a fall trip to Branson, Missouri. As part of their on-going commitment to hit the road for some fun and adventure, the senior citizen advisory board has planned the Branson Show Extravaganza. This 7 day, 6 night tour (October 16 – 22) includes transportation, lodging and some of the best entertainment that Branson has to offer – all for ONLY $569. So if you know a senior, or are one, check out all the details HERE, then make your reservation by the June 20 deadline. This is a perfect opportunity for seniors to get out of town and do something fun with others!
