Tonight, September 9 the Scarlet will have some live music, starting at 10 p.m. The Outliers Band are slated as a bluegrass band with an unexpected acoustic music sound. Here’s how one journalist recently described their music:

“The Outliers have managed to intertwine Country and Bluegrass with Blues and a touch of Soul. I have listened to this cd better than a dozen times and I can truthfully say this music goes perfect with a quality Bourbon and leisure time. ” – Hunter Lee Elliott, Matter of Fact Art.Spac_50
