Thanksgiving Community Meal At St. George Church

If you plan on being in Leadville for Thanksgiving this Thursday, Nov. 24 a reminder that there will be a (FREE) Community Thanksgiving Meal at St George’s at 11:30 a.m.

Come one, come all, this event is a blast … cook a turkey for the group (they can provide the turkey), or stay for cleanup (no one likes that part), or just come and eat in good company.

In other news from St George Church, starting on December 8 the group will resume their popular Stillpoint, a meditative time of silence, poetry and simple food on Thursday evenings at 5:30 p.m.. Please bring a simple food item, such as a piece of fruit or a piece of cheese to share (this is not potluck, so keep it simple and easy), and paper and pen.
