Leadville’s Victorian beauties – like this one – will be honored on the Victorian Home Tour in Leadville Today: Photo Leadville Chamber.

Residents and visitors could feel like they are stepping back as the Victorian Home Tour takes place in Leadville Today. It was Leadville’s rich and profitable mining heritage that led to the construction of some of the most stunning Victorian homes you can find.  Tour attendees will wander back in time and enjoy hors d’oevres and drinks just in time to get into the Holiday Spirit. Presented by the Leadville/Lake County Chamber of Commerce the tour allows folks to view all of the interesting and unique architecture on proud display in many Leadville homes. Details can be found HERE.

In honor of #FatBikeDay, cyclists are encouraged to join the group ride planned by Cycles of Life. Cycles-of-LifeThose interested in celebrating the occasion can meet up at Leadville’s Bike Shop at 309 Harrison Avenue at 10:30 this morning, December 2. Be ready to pedal upon arrival! Also for newbies that are not that familiar with these fat-tire bicycles, this is a great day to check out this here-to-stay craze that can unlock the key to biking all year long! Keep ‘em spinning all year long!
