Leadville Sanitation District Election on Tuesday

This Tuesday, May 8 registered voters and property owners within the Leadville Sanitation District, will cast their vote for three new board members. Four candidates are running; three are incumbents.

Polls will be open at the sanitation business office located at 911 Highway 24, at the CMC turnoff intersection, from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Here are the candidates:

In the four-year term for Director, two positions need to be filled and there are two candidates running. Voters may cast their vote for one or both candidates.

  • Leslie L. Parlin – (incumbent – Treasurer)
  • Kenneth F. Berger – (incumbent – President)

In the two-year term for Director, one position need to be filled and there are two candidates running. Voters may cast their vote for ONE candidate.

  • Jane Gowing
  • Joseph Hren – (incumbent – Director)
