Today, Tuesday, May 3, Lake County residents will cast ballots in two separate special district elections—one for the Leadville Sanitation District and one for the St. Vincent Hospital District. Due to the upcoming June 28 primary, these votes are being administered by the individual districts rather than through the County Clerk’s office. As a result, voters must visit each polling location separately instead of the courthouse.
